I've been trying to lose weight forever with no luck. This has helped curb my appetite and gives me energey. While taking these, I lost 9 lbs in a months with exercise and a semi strict diet (the diet wasn't that difficult becuase I didn't have cravings due to the pills). I think it is worth buying. I thought this product did a very good job of helping me burn fat. It actually worked a bit faster than expected so I'm going to save the other half of the box and take the rest of it in about another month. you must drink water all day. If you don't you may get light headed and get an upset stomach. Also, this capsules decrease your appetite but you must eat It's a great product but you must use it correctly.

I received my pills aBout two weeks ago and I've been taking them. I've lost 7 pounds so far. I would recommend this product to anyone who is trying to lose weight and is having a difficult time doing so. This will give you the jump start that you need.

I started taking one pill in the morning and immediately I noticed I had a lot more energy throughout the day and a decrease in appetite. I took them as recommended for 2 months and then went off of them like is suggested, and in those 2 months combined with diet and exercise I have lost 20 pounds especially around my stomach area which is my trouble area. The only side effect I noticed was that I would get really hot almost feverish feeling about an hour after taking them but it wasn't unbearable and only lasted about an hour. Plus I figured that was normal since it is a thermogenic and it's purpose is to raise your core temperature. I definitely plan on going back on them after the one month "rest period."

OK. I know it is too early to write a review, but I felt I had to. I just got this pill today and started taking it today. I got a headache but it went away after 2 hours. My appetite is gone and I feel very full. So far so good.
