Your purchases will be sent by courier to your door: We use the service of Express Delivery(e.g. DHL,USPS,EMS) or Regular postal service for customers from country where Express Delivery don't reach.

 

We accept the orders from all over the world. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business day from our warehouse.

Normally, you can receive your order about 5-10 days after you can track your order online if we ship by express delivery.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

Please make sure you can sign the goods by yourself, if you can't or can't sure, please leave message when you place the order, we are not responsible for reshipment if the parcels is sent back with the reason that no one pick up the goods after attempted delivery for several times.


No worry about the customs taxes, we ship every package as a "Gift" with a low price value. We do not write any company information on the package.

After shipment, you can get your tracking number on ORDER TRACKING and track your order online. If event information is not available beacuse the item was mailed recently, please try again later.  If you can't get your tracking number, please Contact Us.

Remark: If you order 30 boxes or more than 30 boxes, we will set the your order apart from the package, because this can reduce the space of the package and guarantee the safely delivery! Wishing understanding by every customer.

RETURN POLICY 

If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping & handling charges). We guarantee all incorrect or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of your order. Your order will be re-shipped at no cost to you. All product should be in a factory sealed container for refund (not opened). You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for 14 days from the receipt of your order. We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Dissatisfaction
2. Received Damaged goods
3. Shipping errors

All products offered by us are protected by a 30 Days Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if items are in new and unused condition. Contact us to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). If there's any problem, we'll work with you to resolve any issues.
