I started taking it at August, and it helps me reduced another 10 pounds, I used 3X at first, and it is also helpful, when I used it out, I thought I’d better try another one as I am afraid effect wouldn't be so obvious if I continue 3X, anyway, it is grateful that both of your product are helpful to me.

I've combined the meizitang soft gel capsules with a walk in the evening 4 times a week, and I feel awesome!! Take it 20 min b4 having breakfast and drink lots of water, and althought these will do a great job at curving the cravings and ur hunger, still try to have at least ur 3 meals a day, you'll soon notice that you will desire less food .... Ido recommed this product,!!!!! it's so inexpensive that you can try it, see if it works for you, without spending a fortune! Hope ur end result is as positive as mine!

Hey guys! I'm 19 years old, 5'1/2", and was 124-125 lbs. First off I'd just like to say I have, and have always had, a very muscular build (especially in my legs). Although my weight seemed heavy for my height, I was only 19.5% body fat before I began taking this pill. I have always gotten compliments on my stomach, because naturally my abs have always shown, but the weight always seemed to go to my legs (which made them look that much bigger because not only are they short, but very muscular). I just wasn't happy with the way I looked. I decided to start taking this pill, and it truly has helped me get past being stuck at 122-125 for the past year. If you follow the directions on these pill they are great. You have to drink the recommended water or more. If you spend your day sweating or working out, of course, you have to drink more than is recommended. I had a baby less than 6 months ago and I have lost all of my baby weight. I lost 28 lbs on these pills and this was after I lost all my water weight. I did not have to work out all the time. All I did was go one a several 60 minutes walks a week. I ate sensibly and drank tons of water. I didn't feel like eating all the time which is different for me because I am at home with the baby all day long. I usually snack throughout the day and eat 3 meals but not on the pill. You will get headaches if you don't drink enough water. This is not rocket science. I would recommend these pills. I have been off them 1 month and still have not gained the weight back.

I highly recommend Meizitang Strong Version, I began taking this product on June 5, 2011 and in three days I have lost three lbs. I do follow a nutritionist created diet plan and I exercise four days a week 45 mins to an hour. I began at 191 lbs and I am now down to 188 lbs. When I take the recommended one pill in the morning around 8:00 am, I get full with a small amount of food. I still get hungry so the appetite suppressant does not work for me. But, I eat every four hours so I am usually not hungry within that four hour period. I still have my sweets but in proportion, I only drink water and the pills do make me sweat more than usual during work outs. Experienced no side effects.

The results I have seen are amazing. The first week I just lost 2 pounds but in the next few weeks my fat was gone away speedy. The diet can be very hard at times, especially when you are cooking meals for your family that you cannot eat, but watching the scale go down has made it worth every minute. The drops really help to control hunger and cravings. I really haven't been hungry on the diet. It was hard during holidays and birthdays but I managed to stay committed. I am hoping to lose another 3 lbs over the last 6-7 days.
