You know,these kind of pills should only be taken by healthy adults! And should only be taken if you are truley serious about losing weight. It is very important to follow the directions to drink more water and more fruit, because you will feel a little bit thirsty. Within the first two weeks it was noticeable that I slimmed down, especially around my trouble areas such as my stomach and back. I stopped taking them because I lost the weight I was looiking to loose, and I have not gained it back! I would recommend them!

I am really pleased with where I am at. I would recommend lidadaidaihua. Its been a great product for me and as long as you are motivated enough to follow the eating plan, you can lose a great amount of weight. Its great for after having kids. There is always some amount that just doesn't seem to want to come off, and daidaihua really helped with that.

A month ago I purchased these because a friend of mine had recommended them to me. I had seen the huge weight difference with her and she was about the same size I was. Basically after taking these for 30 day's, I've lost 15 pounds. The first half of the month I was also working out, but the second half I wasn't at all due to moving. Yet I still continued to lose weight. My appetite has basically been non-existent which is huge for me because I'm a heavy snacker, or used to be at least. I'm definitely ordering my second pack! Love these and highly recommend them!

This is amazing stuff i lost 15 pounds without even thinking about it and always comes super fast! The only advice I would give though is that if you want to continue to take it after the 1st month or 2 take it one week and then be off it the next. It helps keep it working and this way it won't allow you body to become tolerant to it.

This pill does exactly what it's supposed to. I actually had to make myself eat because it surpressed my hunger so much. You get full so quickly and you don't feel really tired or burnt out.what a amazing product you have.

This product gives great energy. When I take it, I can run 6 miles in 43 min. When I havent taken it, I have run that 6 miles in 49 min. There really is a diffrence.

if you have the original formula you arent suppose to have diarrhea and all those other side affects, well maybe the dry mouth but only if your not drinking alot of water. I did notice this morning i wasnt hungry at all but i did eat.

my hubby did some research, bought these pills and I agreed to try them. I lost 2 lbs in the first day alone (the appetite suppressant was AMAZING and it gave me more energy to work out considering my baby is not a good sleeper so I'm always tired). I actually worked out for 1.5 hours the first day as I just felt that good (even though I slept horribly because the baby was up every 2 hours!!).
